Madisonville Police Chief Reports 9% Year-to-Date Crime Increase

At Monday night’s City Council meeting, Madisonville Police Chief Steve Bryan reported on September’s increased crime rates, police activity, and peak traffic accident times, along with a decrease in drug seizures.

According to Chief Bryan, police handled over 3,500 calls last month, made more than 200 arrests, and investigated north of 50 accidents.
