Police say a pregnant Madisonville woman was taken to the hospital after a collision with a snow plow in Madisonville Thursday afternoon.
According to Madisonville Police, 38-year-old Heath Hibbs of Hanson was operating a snow plow and backing up westbound on Silkwood Avenue, attempting a turn-around at the intersection of Browning Street shortly before 12:30. Police reported that a car driven by 21-year-old Kilo Hubbard of Madisonville was traveling eastbound on Silkwood Avenue behind the snow plow when the front passenger side of the plow struck the car’s front bumper.
Police reported a pregnant passenger, 21-year-old Mya Duckworth was transported by Medical Center Ambulance Service to Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville with suspected minor injuries.
