Kentucky State Police Post 2 is seeking any information from the public about a cold case involving a Madisonville man who went missing 28 years ago as of Sunday.
According to state police, 29-year-old Charles Massey disappeared in 1997 and was last seen while delivering Easter baskets to people in Madisonville. Police say he is between 5’11” and 6’1″, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
