On Thursday morning, Hopkins County Emergency Management began assessing the aftermath of Wednesday night’s severe storms, which triggered tornado warnings.
According to Director Nick Bailey, they have found widespread wind damage.

As of mid-morning Thursday, officials from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet were reporting high water signs had been placed on the following state roads:
KY 112 at the 5.4 mile points
KY 502 between the 7-8 mile points
