A local educational administrator has been appointed by Governor Andy Beshear to one of Kentucky’s boards and commissions.
On Friday, Gov. Beshear announced the appointment of Dr. Andy Belcher, the assistant superintendent and transportation director with the Hopkins County Board of Education, to the Murray State University Board of Regents. He will serve a term that expires on December 12, 2030, succeeding Virginia Gray, whose term has concluded.
