At Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, Zoning Administrator Mandy Todd presented an update on permits and construction activities in Madisonville, highlighting significant growth and increased permit activity for 2024.
According to Todd, ten permits were issued, amounting to a total construction cost of $677,000 and permit fees of $1,620 in December. She also noted the issuance of additional permits for signs, demolitions, and more.
