Drivers need to be aware that the ramp from US 41 to northbound I-169 near Mannington will be closed on Friday.
According to officials from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, this temporary closure is necessary to allow crews to perform slope repairs along the sides of the ramp.
Officials said that the ramp will be blocked from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Friday, and vehicles can self-detour by following U.S. 41 to U.S. 62 in Nortonville, where they can enter the interstate.
